Shipping Policy

We use UK Royal Mail as our reliable delivery service partners. Shipping time frames are shown once the order is placed.

UK

Standard shipping is £3.99 for orders under £35. Deliveries can take up to 2-5 working days from dispatch to arrive. Free UK standard delivery on orders over £35.

Express shipping is £5.99. Next Working Day Delivery is £4.99. Orders need to be placed by 8am for the order to be packed and shipped on that same working day, to qualify for next day delivery. Any orders placed after 8am will fall into the following days shipping cycle.

For heavy orders (22–44 lbs), standard shipping is £8.00.

Where two orders have been placed that together exceed the free delivery amount, we are unable to combine postage to qualify the orders for free delivery.

EU Shipping (including Ireland)

Standard International shipping is £14.99 to all EU countries. Express International shipping is £11.00. Delivery timeframe is up to 7 days. Please note that you are responsible for payment of customs charges. We are unable to refund postage costs on items where customs charges are unpaid by you and the package is returned to us. Provided we receive the item back in saleable condition, we will refund the cost of the item less postage and any costs incurred by us when the item re-enters the UK.

International Shipping

Standard International shipping is £23.99 to the following countries: United Arab Emirates, Australia, Canada, Switzerland, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore, and the United States. Delivery timeframe is up to 9 days. Please note that you are responsible for payment of customs charges. We are unable to refund postage costs on items where customs charges are unpaid by you and the package is returned to us. Provided we receive the item back in saleable condition, we will refund the cost of the item less postage and any costs incurred by us when the item re-enters the UK.
